Like I said this is a game, but it is real people that control the events in the game, and when someone makes the moral decision to be a pirate and attack innocent people who do not want to fight them, especially when they are hurting and defenseless, they lose their right to judge others morals or be offended when the situation is reversed on them. If you are willing to attack someone, destroy their ship, and steal all their stuff, you deserve any and all smack talk given. And just so there is no miscommunication, that is all there is to it, it was smack talk. I have nothing personally against your friend in game or in real life of course. I don't know anything about him/her and was just talking **** to get under Remo's skin as he did mine when he forced me into PVP. Apparently it worked, but maybe a little too well. I don't care if you guys want to attack me or kill me or whatever, it is your perogative in this game to do so or not. But to declare war on my whole corp is rediculous in this situation. They didn't do anything wrong and neither did I as far as I'm concerned.

Yes well smack is ok and all but it doesnt change the fact that you had to look for something to smack him about. That took more thought than just calling him a bunch of names off the top of your head. You took something that he had in his bio as a respect for a long time friend and smacked about that. Not only that you continued to feed on it when he told you what happened to him. Thats not smack thats being sick and about as cold as it gets. You wanna smack him call him names. Call him a sissy or a pansy. But what you did isnt smack.
One of the great things about EVE. You wear your corp tag. You represent your corp in some way or another and every action in EVE has a consequence. And what you did they deem wrong and so they can can take whatever action in game they want to against you.
